Details (Read before ordering)
Turnaround time is normally 2 to 3 months. However production queues, other orders, and availability of materials can sometimes delay custom orders. If you need your sash(es) before a certain date, please let us know and we will work as best we can to meet your needs, but otherwise we cannot guarantee a completion time. Please note that once production has begun, we cannot cancel or modify an order with the exception of adding to the quantity, which normally can be done.
Colours in the designer are approximate to what we may normally have available in alpaca wool. For sheep or polyester sashes we will find the best colours available to get as close to your design as possible. Despite our best efforts sometimes some colours will sometimes not be 100% matching your expectations. Please understand this is a physical limitation of the medium of hand-making sashes, materials, and dyes. As such, we will not be accepting refund requests due to colour accuracy.

The colour chosen for your outer edges will be used as the weft in your sashes. This means your sash will have this colour running through it as a base layer which is sometimes lightly visible where the other colours are present. For example, notice the green weft visible behind the other colours in this sash.,or the burgundy visible in this example.
